The hotel has a decent price for what you get, but it's important to note that it's further from Haram than stated. The rooms are a bit cramped, and I really missed having tea or coffee facilities in the room. The service at the reception was hit or miss, but overall, the staff was friendly. It’s a mixed bag, and I wouldn’t call it ideal, but it does offer good value for the price.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is quite close to the Haram and they even provide transportation, which is great. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, as they were not cleaned regularly. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the dining options were significantly lacking.
