Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a decent price for what you get, but it's important to note that it's further from Haram than stated. The rooms are a bit cramped, and I really missed having tea or coffee facilities in the room. The service at the reception was hit or miss, but overall, the staff was friendly. It’s a mixed bag, and I wouldn’t call it ideal, but it does offer good value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is quite close to the Haram and they even provide transportation, which is great. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, as they were not cleaned regularly. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the dining options were significantly lacking. Overall, it’s a decent place, but it could definitely improve in terms of service and maintenance.
I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and the location was decent in terms of proximity to the city, the service was highly unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. The dining options were poor and didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, it could have been a great stay, but the service issues really impacted my overall impression.
The hotel has a decent location, about a 15-minute walk to the Haram but not ideal for older guests. The rooms were mostly clean, with some hiccups regarding service. However, the breakfast definitely left a lot to be desired. Overall, not the best experience but manageable.
I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well after some initial trouble. The location is great for shopping and dining options, but it is a bit far from Masjid Alharam. The breakfast could definitely use some improvement, but considering the value for money, it was overall a satisfactory experience.
